Jagathi is a global operating executive and strategic advisor whose career has centered on building businesses, scaling organizations and turning technology-led change into growth. She has led global teams, commercialized new offerings and transformed operations across financial services, technology, consulting and high-growth companies.

Her career spans leadership roles at Thomson Reuters, PwC and venture-backed firms. She led two global organizations at Thomson Reuters, served as COO of SaaS provider WegoWise and has worked across organizations ranging from early-stage ventures to some of the world’s largest companies. Today, through NovusLaurus, she advises leaders on strategy, AI and technology-led transformation, helping organizations translate emerging capabilities into practical business advantage.

Jagathi also co-founded FintechWomen, a professional organization for women working where money and technology intersect, and serves as its Board Chair. She is the author of the forthcoming book, AI as an Integrated Mindset, about leading an enterprise as AI changes how decisions are made, organizations operate and businesses evolve.
